Cancellation Policy

Day Hikes

Victorious Fit Adventures reserves the right of admission.

Our booking is 50% of the event cost
You can cancel free of charge 7 days or more before a day hike event date.
Should you request cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days before a day hike event date, a 50% refund of the booking confirmation deposit will be issued. The excess paid above the booking confirmation deposit will be refunded in full.
Where cancellation is requested 48 hours or less before the event date, no refund will be issued on the booking confirmation deposit. The excess paid above the booking confirmation deposit will be refunded in full.
Latecomers and no-shows forfeit the entire amount paid up.

You can cancel free of charge 10 days or more before the start of a scheduled Mount Kenya expedition.
Should you request cancellation between 5 and 10 days before the expedition start date, a 50% refund on the booking confirmation deposit will be issued. Any excess above the booking confirmation deposit will be refunded in full.
Where cancellation is requested between 48 hours and 5 days before the expedition start date, the booking confirmation deposit will be forfeited. Any excess above the booking confirmation deposit will be refunded in full.
Should you request cancellation 48 hours or less before the expedition start date, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued where participation is denied due to non-compliance with the rules and regulations, safety guidelines, and/or the failure to comply with the minimum gear requirements.
No-shows forfeit the entire amount paid up.

Where cancellation is requested between 48 hours and 10 days before the expedition start date, the booking confirmation deposit will be forfeited. Any excess above the booking
confirmation deposit will be refunded in full.
Should you request cancellation 48 hours or less before departure, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued where participation is denied due to non-compliance with the rules and regulations, safety guidelines, and/or the failure to comply with the minimum gear requirements.
